I'm rarely this excited about a sports bag, but I'm really taken with this one.

The reason is the many practical compartments, including a shoe compartment. What I particularly like is the ability to expand the bag. There's a zip on each side that allows you to widen the bag by a few centimeters if you need to travel or go to the sauna.

I would definitely recommend buying it.

The bag appears to be very well-made. It's very spacious; in addition to the large main compartment, there are exterior pockets at each end. What's special is that it can be expanded at both ends, so there's plenty of room for all your sports gear. It was equally important to me that it can also be used as a backpack. The backpack straps are easily stowed away, allowing it to be used as a bag or backpack. I highly recommend this bag.

I use the bag as a shift change bag in the emergency services and I'm completely satisfied with it.
I only do a little work and therefore often change shifts within my duty area. Therefore, the bag's carrying capacity is quite limited. Due to the lack of a permanent locker, I always have to pick up my uniform from the main station, so I always carry two complete sets of clothes, my emergency gear, shower gear, and everything else I need to work through the weekend. I also have my duty jacket with winter lining, a sweater, and a fleece jacket.
This fills the bag, and I'm grateful for the extra compartments for shoes (here, S3 boots, which you don't necessarily want to have to put in the same compartment as your clean laundry) and toiletries, which might still be wet.
The option to expand the side compartments has also proven useful for easily stuffing in towels, etc., when you've just rolled through the station and want to get home quickly.
