Defects are rare but evident within your first few uses. If your gear has a defect, email us with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or give you store credit at our discretion and depending on product availability.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 45 days from the date of purchase.(If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange)

- Normal Wear & Tear – Fading, UV damage, fraying, abrasions, material softening, or gradual loss of performance.
- Accidental Damage & Misuse – Cuts, punctures, overloading, extreme temperatures, improper storage, or mishandling.
- Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications – Any alterations or repairs not performed by Tolaccea-approved providers.
- Cosmetic Issues – Scratches, dents, scuffs, or discoloration that don’t affect functionality.
- Unauthorized Purchases – Items bought from third-party resellers, secondhand markets, or unofficial dealers.
Improper Use – Damage Caused By
Laptop Backpacks: Excessive stress on seams, zippers, or straps.
Cold/Hot Therapy: Overheating, freezing beyond limits, or pressure-induced leaks.

Order number or valid proof of purchase
Product name, model, and colorway
Description and photos of the defectStep 2: Our customer support team will review your information and determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If so, you will be provided with further instructions.
Step 3: If required, you will need to send the product to our warehouse for evaluation. Shipping instructions and address will be provided by our customer support team.
Step 4: Once the defect is confirmed and deemed eligible under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

Your gear will suffer wear and tear. Even the world-class materials and hardware we use will deteriorate, fade, and wear out.
Tolaccea can extend your warranty to 2 years by submitting your application!Tolaccea products are built to last. But, nothing lasts forever. All gear has a practical lifetime.
When yours starts to show signs of wear and tear, we can connect you to one of our repair partners. Repairing your gear will extend its useful life and keep it out of the landfill.
