The separate sides of the bags so that when you open them up, you have two completely distinct sections. This makes packing and finding your things so much easier. Everything zips up neatly. I found the outside straps to help compress the bag which was awesome.
The padded zipper pouch in the middle. Although I didn’t use it for a laptop since this was not a work trip, I can see that it would be super easy and safe to put one there. I used it for a pair of sandals and a couple of Visors.
The ability to change the bag from a handbag to a backpack to one with a Crossbody strap. The bag is completely versatile and easy to maneuver.
I loved the waterproof pocket! We definitely used it!
The bag is well-made, and I can see it lasting for a really long time. It will be my carry-on bag going forward!

This is an all around great pack and has even replaced my roller bag. My only wish is that it had a small outside zipper pocket to hold a phone or keys and the like. The water bottle pocket doesn't meet that need because it's open on one end when used as a backpack. But the zippers are nice, construction is sturdy, straps are comfortable, laptop protection is well done. And it's roomy enough that I didn't even have to use the expansion zipper for a week in Europe. An outside pocket by the vent for the wet pocket and this thing would be perfection.
My husband bought this for a boys trip to Chicago. Great carry on, fit so many clothes plus laptop. Then on a weekend trip he brought this and was great! Has a pocket for wet clothes which was nice because we went swimming. Im thinking of keeping it for myself!
Excellent for traveling. So much space for everything and almost anything. Essential when you’re always in the go. Good price for how much you can fit in it. You can even fit 3 shoes and still have space for more things
