Good carry on bag for travel or hiking.

This is a nice, high quality, compact backpack. The materials are great, they are light and airy but still feel solid and durable. The storage is nicely compartmentalized with lots of pockets and separators to keep everything where it should be. The main pocket has plenty of space for shoes or books or what ever you may need to carry. It does stand upright on its own eventually but it took a while to relax after I unpacked it. The zippers are smooth and secure and I love the color. Good quality backpack for the money.

Great backpack for travel

Tolaccea - I was not familiar with your game. I got this backpack on a whim because I'm sort of a bag hoarder and most carry-on bags are disappointing in one way or another. I am pleasantly surprised by this bag by Tolaccea. The fabric, stitching, and hardware all look high-quality and durable. There are plenty of thoughtfully placed and designed pockets - a zippered small exterior pocket with a mesh pocket and 2 flap pockets inside and still with plenty of room to hold small essentials that you need quick access to, like your phone, tissue, lotion, etc; two large, deep side pockets for a water bottle and/or umbrella (my 24 oz bottle fits in there easily), and there is a strap to help prevent the water bottle from rolling out of the pocket when you shove the bag under your seat on the plane. There is a hidden zippered side pocket with key strap, and inside the main compartment, 2 padded sleeves for laptop + tablet, a mesh zippered pocket for peripherals, and still plenty of space for sundry items, two smaller interior pockets on the sides, and a super itty bitty pocket to hold an AirTag. I don't think I've ever seen a carry-on backpack with so many pockets. Additionally, there is an open pocket in the front and plenty of places for you to hang a carabiner.

The buckle strap across the chest comes with an integrated emergency whistle if you plan to use the pack for hiking or camping. The bag is unisex, but the shoulder straps are quite broad, and even though I have quite broad shoulders for a woman, I would need to buckle the chest strap to keep the bag from sliding off my shoulders. I really like the idea of the straps that are meant to secure whatever you put in the exterior side pockets, but it makes removing the water bottle a 2-step process, so it's not quite as convenient as I'd like. If you don't use those straps at all, they kind of get in the way. But overall, this is a fantastic bag that would be perfect for quick weekend trips.

I got this for my husband and he absolutely loved it! The color is beautiful and the quality is top notch. Everything fits in neatly and it even has enough space to keep a lunch bag as well.

Confirming all who reviewed before with one caveat that has a pro and con.

The strap so you can slip the pack on to a suitcase handle aligns the pack horizontally instead of vertically. The pro is that this distributes the weight with the roll a board better (less top heavy) but, the con is that it doesn't provide easy access the backpack pockets without removing the bag from the suitcase handle. However, you can still access a side sleeve without removing the pack and the pack stands up straight when placed on the floor. Mounted horizontally may not fit down an airplane isle...But it is a backpack and this is a first world problem. BTW in the pic I have the bag stuffed to get rid of its shipping wrinkles.

This bag is freakishly good

This is the best daily-carry bag I’ve ever used. The design is nearly perfect, every aspect of it. The water bottle holders, the variety of pockets, the massive storage onboard. Not only is it designed exceptionally well, it’s incredibly rugged. The quality of the materials used and the stitching and workmanship are just outstanding. The material is on par with tool bags, or the thick padded bags I use for my camera gear.

I can easily fit my 13” iPad Pro, my Dell laptop, client files, tools, sunglasses and my programmers for work. The way the bag opens is so cool. You have instant visibility to everything in the main pouch if you want, or you can open it part of the way if you need to be discrete. It’s 100% worth every penny at this price point.

From the very first use, you appreciate the bag's overall quality. The waterproof feature is also a real plus for protecting your belongings in case of unforeseen events.

Organization is definitely a strong point. The numerous and well-designed compartments make it easy to organize clothes, accessories, documents, and everyday items. You can quickly find what you're looking for, which is very convenient when traveling.

The security features are also reassuring, with options like a hidden pocket for a tracking device and a steel cable to secure the bag. This is a real advantage when you travel frequently or in crowded places. However, one significant drawback is the lack of a separate laptop compartment. At airport security, this means you have to completely open the bag to get your laptop out, which is less convenient and wastes time, especially when you have multiple flights.

Ultimately, it's a very good travel bag―sturdy, well-organized, and suitable for regular use―but it would have been almost perfect with a separate laptop sleeve.

This feels like a nice durable bag. I tried being pretty rough with and and the material seems very strong. I like that the zippers seal over. The main compartment is fairly large. This is not a huge bag. I would say it is medium sized. It has a few zipper pockets on the interior and some non zipper pockets. The padding on the back is nice and should help keep it comfortable to wear. Strap adjustments work well. I also like the colors, especially this blue.

There are so many good things about this backpack I am not sure where to start.
Strength, this is going to be able to take a lot of use. The sticking and materials are made to last. Looks of storage. Pockets everywhere. You can also shrink or expanded the size of the backpack. Great for your load. The backpack is very comfortable. Big plus it your wearing this all day. I have the black. Nice deep rich color.

You get all that and it’s waterproof and cleared for flights. Oh, and by the way, it comes in a nice big box. Perfect for giftgiving.

A good size for a carry on with great quality.

My wife and I have Tolaccea travel backpacks already. And we love them. So when this popped up, we definitely had to give a try.

I was very excited when this arrived because of how much we like our other Tolaccea bags. This one also delivers the same quality and durability. There are plenty of pockets for carry on items. I like that it has a few spots on the back where you can attach carribeeners. 2 spots to hold water bottles, and a dedicated spot to carry a laptop. Its very comfortable to have on your back, especially with the cushioned back panel.

This carry on is a good size for travel or even daily use. If you are looking for a carry on back pack, this is one you should look at.
