How do I become a wholesaler with Tolaccea?
If you are interested in buying Tolaccea products at wholesale, please fill out the form above, and we will be back in touch soon. Please note that we evaluate all requests on a case by case basis and that not all requests will be granted.
Do you offer pricing for corporate gifts?
We do! Please submit your request via the wholesale form, and we will be in touch with pricing.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on wholesale purchases.
What are your terms?
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores, as well as website and online sales, must receive prior written approval.
What is your pricing?
If your request to become a wholesaler is approved, we will send over line sheets with our pricing.
Is shipping and handling included?
The wholesaler is responsible for all shipping costs, as indicated on our pricing sheets.
How fast will my order ship?
1.General shipping:business day for processing + up to 7~10 business days for delivery.
2.Expedited shipping:business day for processing + up to 5~7 business days for delivery.
Do you ship wholesale orders outside of the U.S?
Yes, we do ship wholesale orders outside of the U.S. to select countries in Europe.
However, our international shipping is currently limited to the following regions:
US: United States
Europe: France, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom.
We do not currently support shipping to any other countries outside of the list above.

When is my payment due?
We require payment in full prior to shipping. An invoice will be emailed and goods will be held for 5 days pending payment. No orders will be processed until full payment is received.
