This works okay but is not as good as my other sleeves.

If you just need a small area iced this would be effective. It just isn't a large enough area for me even though I'm a 5'4", 130lb woman. I'm sticking to my other packs that cover twice the area and cost less than $20 each.

I rarely use any medications, including over-the-counter anti-inflammatory ones unless I have a more serious injury. I like to use hot water bottles and heating pads, but have recently started to use other natural pain relief options like this. This shoulder cold gel pack is amply large and covers the shoulder. My husband is the one who may us this one as he alternates between hot and cold therapies. He’s had a shoulder surgery so recurring aches and pains aren’t uncommon.

Comprehensive directions are on the back of the box. The application is a cold one as opposed to some gel packs that offer a combination hot and cold therapy. The gel pack in this can be inserted into the shoulder pocket. The pack is a bit on the heavy side so if you have a lot of sensitivity, it might be uncomfortable to use at first.

With the two Velcro straps that can be threaded through the hardware makes this an easy-to-use pack. The cold retention is quite good and will last for some time. My husband isn’t using cold as much this time of year, but is opting for hot therapy instead. The Velcro straps are good and do hold the pack well enough. For just under $40, this is a price I wouldn’t see in a local pharmacy or medical store as they are considerably more expensive.

This shoulder ice pack works for both cold and hot therapy. It comes with a shoulder wrap that contours to your shoulder well. This goes in the freezer for a few hours and the wrap still contours to your shoulder even at that freezing temperature, so love it. I have should pain from a zipline injury and this is super helpful. This pack also comes with an additional ice pack that you can put inside it. This ice pack is just a normal one and is solid when frozen. I do not even use this one. I have used the wrap in a microwave and used it as a heat pack as well. Overall, love this should ice/heat pack.

This ice pack wrap is amazing. It has a great design and is very comfortable on your skin. Plus, the design is easy to stay on shoulder without you worrying about that and you can just focus on your daily chores. It also covers the entire shoulder area rather than being just a pad to cover a small portion of your shoulder. It is very easy to put this on and strap it yourself without needing help from anyone. The cold gel is highly effective and helps with your injury very effectively. It also comes with an extra pad that can be used in combination with this or just on another area at the same time. As for the price, it is currently $37.99 which is relatively expensive but given the high quality and unique design of this, I think it is worth it.

Overall, this is a great ice pack wrap and is very practical and I would totally recommend it.

I love this shoulder wrap. I tore two different rotator muscles and stretched my biceps tendon. I’m waiting for m surgery date, so it helps to ice it. I love the pouch on the top because I can put other ice packs in it instead of waiting for the pack to refreeze. The pouch keeps the ice packs in place. I also love the gel the sling is made out of because it stays cool and refreshing and keeps the ice pack off my direct skin. I gave it 4 stars because the edge at the shoulder stretches out so I have to pull it up to keep the ice situated where I need it.
