Glad I got the regular size as they are a perfect fit. Barely loose at the top of the thigh, I'm 5'10" and 195lbs. Beer belly and slim build. Put them on after work for half an hour right after my shower and wake up feeling brand new, so glad I found these when I did!

A quality product, the band is very elastic and comfortable. It fits the leg well, doesn't constrict, and appears durable. It's well-made and long-lasting, making it excellent for muscle recovery after exercise. Like all gel products, it can be used for cold and heat therapy. Simply place it in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or microwave it for a few moments. Read the instructions to clarify any doubts, which are clear and available in several languages, including Italian.

In conclusion, a convincing product. I personally tried it after an intense running session, and it actually kept the cold for almost an hour, and the leg I used it on recovered much faster than the other. The only less convincing aspect is that, like all gel products, the band cannot be immersed in water. Therefore, it cannot be washed; it can only be "wiped" with a damp cloth as directed in the instructions. Also, note the price, which isn't exactly cheap.

Cómoda, algo pesada, aunque una vez puesta ni se nota, fácil de usar... No se le puede pedir más. La recomiendo.
