Best I‘ve tried for big toes Gout

I have suffered from turf toe for over 30 years. It’s almost impossible to find an ice pack that fits snuggly on the foot like you need it to. Then I found this. It’s amazing. Some of the reviews say it’s not cold enough but I disagree. I think it’s perfect and I wish I would’ve known about it long ago. I’m excited that I can take this with me when I travel because that’s when my foot seems to hurt the most at the end of the day. Even a hotel refrigerator gets this cold enough to give you relief.

I LOVE these foot pads!! They provide instant pain relief via COLD or HOT therapy!! I was pretty shocked at how quickly they reduced the swelling in my feet after a 12 hr day on them. Best purchase for quick foot care. I will say, don‘t put them in the microwave for more than 30 seconds, then test on your foot, they heat up fast.
