I have suffered from turf toe for over 30 years. It’s almost impossible to find an ice pack that fits snuggly on the foot like you need it to. Then I found this. It’s amazing. Some of the reviews say it’s not cold enough but I disagree. I think it’s perfect and I wish I would’ve known about it long ago. I’m excited that I can take this with me when I travel because that’s when my foot seems to hurt the most at the end of the day. Even a hotel refrigerator gets this cold enough to give you relief.

I LOVE these foot pads!! They provide instant pain relief via COLD or HOT therapy!! I was pretty shocked at how quickly they reduced the swelling in my feet after a 12 hr day on them. Best purchase for quick foot care. I will say, don‘t put them in the microwave for more than 30 seconds, then test on your foot, they heat up fast.

I really appreciate that they are now making ice packs that are so versatile, and are designed to fit targeted areas of the body. That makes it so much easier to use effectively.
These wraps work great for both hands and thumb, as well as feet and big toe.
It completely circles your hand or foot, reaching all areas, while a normal flat ice pack would never be able to do that. They are soft and flexible, I love the feel of the gel packs.
I also like using the unfrozen packs on my arthritic hands when I am in crowds. If someone bumps into my hands, it is very painful, and these gel packs protect my hands from that.

Very cool or very warm, lol

I've never seen anything like these little freezer socks before and I am impressed! Along with being able to freeze them, you can also microwave them. I found both to be nice, but they definitely do get very cold or can get very warm. For me, if my feet are hot, my entire body will be hot... It's not as extreme for me with the cold, but it is for sure COLD!

They fit like a dream and actually stay in your feet! They are super simple to use and hold the cold or the hot for a good amount of time. They even come with a "freezer safe" plastic bag.

I definitely noticed relief in my feet, especially after using them cold. I also think these would be great for those of you that have cold, cold winters. Pop these gems in the microwave and your frozen feet will thaw out quickly and without a mess.

I have a bunion and I 1.) bought wider shoes, 2.) use toe spacers when I run, and 3.) use these when pain comes back. I don’t have pain anymore from the bunion and this was a big part of it.

I have used these for a while now and really like them. I just keep them in the freezer and slide them on for about 10 minutes or so. They really do help with my foot soreness.

Soothing

I love this for an old broken big toe injury and it is very soothing when the pain flairs up. It stays cool to the touch, yet is more intense and almost too cold when placed in the fridge or freezer forms while first. When put in A French or freezer the coolness can last at least an hour. When not put in the fridge or freezer, coolness will be very mild, but can still last long time. Overall love this and the soft flexible solid gel that is inside of it.

After along work day my feet are sometimes near numb tired. I like to start out with a ice cold verson on my feet, then microwave to add heat and apply that. Probably my favorite foot remedy so far outside of a mechanical feet massager.

Coincidently, I have a deep bruise on the back of my left thumb and I also have an issue with the joint of my left toe (closest to the body) where there is no longer cartilage. Both of these are so painful, and I have been looking for more niche ice packs. The chance I came across this product was kismet.

I just received it two days ago. I put it in the freezer within an hour. It comes with a bag you can keep them in while they are in the freezer too. I thought this was very helpful. The gloves themselves are nice and weighted/filled with gel. I have relatively small hands, so they are on the large side, but they fit. It fits my foot well, too. I am sure these will fit most people.

Now for my personal experience! One downside of gel packs like a glove is that it will chill areas you might not want to chill. For my hand, the pack is so cold it is painful, but for the target area it is just right. I roll up the rest of the glove and try to only have it touching the area needed until it warms up a bit. For my foot, the cold shock at first was crazy on my sensitive foot. I end up folding it there as well.
