True to size. Great compression.Fell & aggravated old injury in left ankle, had heel spur & plantar faciatius. Slipped on grass, lost balance and ate the dust on concrete Thursday night at 930pm... couldn‘t put any weight on it. Immediately looked on Amazon for foot ice pack and came across this, ordered it for Overnight and received 6am. I was able to put pressure on foot by 11am.

Putting ice on my ancle has always been the hardest thing to do. Everything I have tried in the past has been so difficult but this Icepack is awesome! It goes on like a sock It stays snug against your bone and your heel at the same time. It‘s soft and comfortable and it stays put. It also stays cold for a good long time. Another thing you can do is lay it flat and put it behind you for a back ache. Very versatile for pain relief! No Leakage! So thin it takes up no room at all in the freezer!

My husband uses these to decrease his ankles when they become edematous. They do decrease his pain and promote his mobility!

The product fits well. It takes longer to heat in the microwave then the directions suggest and cools down quickly. I haven’t tried the cooling process yet

I have a broken ankle and am recouping from surgery. I have been struggling to use cold packs, but they never stay in place and never completely covered the area that I need it used for. This product is perfect. It slips on easily, applies coolness to the entire area and stays in place. I would highly recommend it for anyone with any ankle or foot issues that are looking for relief.

This product stays cold about 5 minutes before it begins to get warm. I keep it in the freezer for hours so it’s not worth it for me.. I was expecting much longer to be able to relieve plantar pain..

Comfy and Cool

I bought these for my ankles that are always aching. I was hoping they‘d have a little more compression but the sizing seems to run a little big. They fit nicely, but I can't walk around in them because of the size and sliding down. I'd have to put a sock under them to keep in place. For just sitting down and resting my ankles with the coolness, it works well.

These are amazing. I have issues with my ankles from time to time and these and some ibuprofen do the trick. Easy to use and don’t have to worry about wrapping or filling ice packs or a towel or anything. Just slip on and works like a charm.

Love these!when you‘re on your feet all day and they are aching these work fabulous. They were a little looser than I anticipated but not a dealbreaker(I got a small,size 7.5 foot)I just stick them in my fridge with bag provided and take out when needed.much easier than trying to pile ice packs on my feet when they're achy.
