Best $$ I‘ve spent. Love this product!

Did hours of research looking for a long compress, a comfortable one, and one that is snug for my fractured humerus at my shoulder and bone fragment. I chose this one and received it yesterday (2/8/25). I love it. In fact, it works so well and is so comfortable that I use it 2x/day.
I pull up so it‘s from my elbow to my armpit for 20 mins. (while separately holding a smaller cold pak from my armpit to my shoulder), put it back in the freezer for 30 mins, then put it on from my elbow to wrist. I do have to pinch it with a clip at my wrist, though, to tighten it up.

Buying 2 of them would be a good idea to cover my arm from my wrist to my armpit at once. Too bad the company doesn't have a compress that is much longer.

I have very long, thin arms. Thus, ordered a Small.

Life Saver for Tennis Elbow

I was struggling with terrible tennis elbow and needed to ice it 3 times a day. This ice sleeve made it so easy and kept me on track. It‘s comfortable and you don't have to mess around with trying to get an ice pack to stay in place.

A year or two later I fell, and had a deep laceration on my knee, which then got infected. My knee and leg was very swollen and the wound care specialist said to use ice packs to get the swelling down. I remembered the Tolaccea wrap I had for my foot and wondered if they might have something similar for my leg. I am so glad I found these products! They are sooo comfortable, and there is no mess, no condensation, no water drips, no wet towels. I am so impressed.

Game changer for wasp stings

Two wasp stings, one on each arm. For days they feel hot and painful. Tried cooling sprays and creams. No. Then saw these and purchased and wow. First time able to relax and sleep. Put in fridge not freezer. Freezer too cold. Then after a week or so the stings just itch. Again, wear cold sleeves. Aahhhhh.

best knee icer I‘ve found

I have 2 sizes, 1 for knee, 1 for elbow. Most knee icers are like a wrap around thing with Velcro. This is the only one I could find that slides on, and it feels way more comfortable. I‘m a big guy and got the XL, which is largest size. I suppose if you're really fat this won't fit your knee.
