My wife is prone to knee pain when she overdoes being up on her feet, especially when walking or riding her exercise bike a lot. Cold therapy really helps her during these times, which is why I ordered this Tolaccea Full Leg Ice Pack Wrap for her. This is a wearable ice pack: it isn't just placed on top, under, or wrapped around the affected area - it is worn like a stocking, enveloping almost the entire leg (from foot to above the knee, or from the ankles to well up above the knee) in cooling, soothing comfort.

Since this is a "one size fits all" product she tried it on (without letting it sit in the freezer first) just to see how well it would fit her and it fit fine. She commented on how it felt cool even WITHOUT being frozen, but after freezing she really felt the effects of it. It was the day after her "dry fit", when she came back home earlier than expected after her walk since her knee was bothering her. She took it out of the freezer where it sat for more than the recommended 1-2 hours and was pleased that it was just as easy to slip on as the day before, as we both thought that it would be a lot stiffer due to the freezing process.

Freeze it, slip your leg into it, and it’s as invigorating as stepping one leg into an ice bath or really cold lake, but without the additional discomforts of those things—I leave it on for about 20 minutes whenever my knee’s bugging me, and my knee is quite happy after the cold treatment. Of course it could also be used on arms but may not have the nice compression that it has on legs. Super happy I found this for my knee therapy!

Heavy, but effective full- leg ice sleeve.

This is a very nice product! The leg sleeve is easy to wear, and after being in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, it feels amazing on my aching knee! I can wear it while watching television or lying down. It doesn't need to be rotated and it isn't wet like other ice products. It's very convenient. It is HEAVY! It also takes up quite a bit of freezer space. This things said, it's worth it! I haven't used the heat feature, tho I can see how it would work and will give it a try when I'm needing that feature. Recommend!

Soothing relief.

Tolaccea Full leg ice pack wrap is totally worth the money. You just pop it in the freezer for a bit, take it out and pull it up over your leg and let the coolness settle in. It provides a soothing and cooling effect which helps relieve your overused and overtired legs. Straight out of the box, this wrap already has a cool feel to the touch and while on the leg, and that's before placing it in the freezer!
No more having to take an ice pack and holding it in place. Also can be used for heat therapy. I only wish it came in a pack of two so I can soothe both legs at the same time. Would recommend.

Scuba-Like Cold Therapy

I use these to ice my legs for chronic pain associated with hypermobility anrthralgia, edema and dysautonomia. These are really interesting in how they keep your legs cold. When they’re just out of the freezer, they transfer cold quickly but don’t keep cold for very long. Instead, after your legs have been thoroughly chilled, the material acts as a really good insulator to keep all the cold in your legs - kind of like how a scuba suit keeps you warm but with cold instead. This keeps your legs cold long enough to be therapeutic even though the material itself doesn’t stay cold. It’s actually really effective. Would definitely recommend.

The material was great and it worked really well. I liked how it was a cloth material inside and out. I also like how flexible the cooling material is! I could fold it up to fit in any freezer and unnfold it without any problems to wear like a leg of pants. And gets soooo cold! I really liked how easy it was use. The scrunching you send around my legs is because I'm shorter and it's longer than me; I'm 5'1", but it works.

Great for work out recovery

Listen young people: that little pain in your knee you've been ignoring will only get worse if you don't care for it now!! Don't wait. This cooling sleeve is great for reducing inflammation. It does feel a little like putting on a wetsuit but the cooling is very pleasant. Its very stretchy so it accommodates an array of leg sizes. It holds the coldness well for about 15-20 minutes depending on the air and body temp.

Great product but issues

The products freezes and heats up great. It works for about 25 minutes. Plus, the gel feels wonderful. I have worn under my workout pants. However, make sure you pull up the sleeve with both hands. The part of the sleeve can rip. I have had my sleeve since April 2025. Now the part at the bottom of the leg looks like hot glue. I cant return the sleeve cause of Amazon's return policy. I would advice to buy from a retail company with a better return policy.

It helps with shin and vein pain.

This is easy to put on and take off. I have used it daily for recovery after my workouts. I mainly use it chilled but does also work warm. Super comfy and stretchy fit. Can work for many different people and sizes. Improves soreness and pain for me.I love this item.

Very nice and easy to use cold wrap for your leg. I got this for my legs after a run. It is easy to put on and I keep it in the fridge which is cold enough. It has a lot of gel inside and the material doesn't require a towel to control the cold. I wish it came in a 2 pack though.
